Privacy Policy

Euchre Plus+ is operated by Gottlieb Software, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Euchre Plus+ mobile application and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app or website you agree to this policy.

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and (optionally) the name returned by your sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or Facebook). You also choose a public username.
• Game data. We store the games you play, including hands, scores, partners, opponents, achievements, and rating changes. This is required for the app to function.
• Device & diagnostic data. We collect basic device information (operating system, app version, language, time zone) and crash reports to keep the app reliable.
• Notifications. If you enable push notifications we store an anonymous push token so we can send you in-app alerts (friend requests, daily streaks, game invites). You can disable this anytime.
• Purchases. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive only a receipt confirming the purchase.

• To run the game, match you with players, and track stats.
• To send the notifications you have opted in to.
• To investigate abuse, cheating, or username reports.
• To improve the app via aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

The app may show ads from third-party advertising partners, which may use device identifiers to provide relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app, such as providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, and advertising. These providers are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users.

We retain account and game-history data so users can keep their profile, stats, and past game results over time. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be retained.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Past games remain in the database so other players keep accurate history and stats, but your name is replaced with the anonymous placeholder "Deleted User" and cannot be linked back to you. Protecting your data is a priority. We follow industry-standard practices across our infrastructure and applications, and we limit access to systems that hold personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The "Effective" date above indicates the latest revision.
