Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Gottlieb Software, LLC ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Euchre Plus+ mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• Your username is shown to other players. We may change usernames that violate these Terms or that are reported and confirmed as abusive.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. To permanently delete your account, open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, or see Delete Account.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or otherwise gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or use hate speech toward other players, including via usernames, chat, and reactions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the intellectual property of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple or Google through your device’s app store. All payments, refunds, and recurring billing are governed by the store’s terms; we are not the seller of record. Virtual items and currencies have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

The Service, including its software, graphics, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the limited content you create (such as your username and avatar selections), and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Service.

We work to keep the Service running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Game results, ratings, and leaderboards may be reset or adjusted to correct bugs, abuse, or unfair play.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gottlieb Software, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) twenty U.S. dollars.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access would harm the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
